4thirTEEN is a nonprofit organization led by teens, for teens committed to serving our community and leading with purpose. There's a LEADER in all of us. We believe that as TEENS grow, they will also develop and find who they are and where they desire to be in the next phase of their life. Being a leader doesn't always mean leading from the front... many leaders are the support team that is rarely seen but very powerful in the sustaining of an organization.

Our motto is You Belong Here! It’s a 2-way saying, meaning You Belong Here at 4thirTEEN and you will be welcomed without judgement, and You Belong Here, meaning you belong on this earth and we need you and want you to know that we are a better world with YOU in it!
