About Rolland

Rolland DanielsRolland E. Daniels, Ed.D.

Rolland is celebrating 31 years in ministry. During those 31 years, he has pastored different congregations across the Mid-West. Those congregations vary from a single cell congregation with an average attendance of 72 to multiple staff bodies with attendance up to 1,800. Within those 31 years he has worked with traditional churches, church plants and transitioning congregations moving toward a missional mindset. Rolland is currently the Senior Associate Pastor at the Madison Park Church of God and an adjunct professor for Anderson University; both MP and AU are found in Anderson, Indiana. His passions include developing leaders, strategic planning and organizational restructuring. He has one great intention for his life: to expand the Kingdom by encouraging and enabling leaders and congregations to engage their communities for the cause of Jesus. He speaks at various conferences across the country on leadership development, spiritual wellness, organizational life and moving the church outside its walls. Rolland has a Doctorate of Education with a focus on the changing dynamics of diversity in the world today.

This year he and his wife, Ellen, celebrate 30 years of marriage and ministry together. She is the joy of his life and his partner in everything life has to offer. They have two wonderful sons, Tyler and Seth, and one very precious daughter-in-love, Catherine.
